A Note on Shipping...
Upon receiving an order we inform our fulfillment center, who then ships the wine according to the designation chosen by you, i.e. UPS Ground, Fed-Ex 2 day, etc... We keep a close eye on the weather and know the delivery routes for every respective shipper. As such, we will place wines on weather hold until the right weather is forecasted for shipment (not too hot, not too cold) and then send it out. Thus, if you order a wine to be shipped UPS Ground and live on the other side of the country it sometimes takes a bit of time before the wine arrives. For this we apologize, but we also wish to take the utmost precaution in ensuring that wine arrives from the winery as it is intended to taste—it is, after-all, a sensitive and perishable product! If you have any other questions please be in touch. Prior to shipment we will email or fax you your receipt, shipping and delivery information.

ALL ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as a buyer are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
